F&B Concept - Glacier

It's 7.02pm now and I'm left with approximately 12 hours to finish up my dissertation. Yeah should be concentrating but ... just have a pathetic dinner so .. taking a break now.

I was so dead tired this week due to our concept which was held on Monday, October the 30th, just before Halloween's. It was real exhausting for working the whole day for our concept from Friday to Monday and on Thursday, we as in Yu Wen and me did part time banquet until 11 plus. Damn damn exhausting. So, on Monday itself, we just fainted after dinner, but knowing that I cannot online was quite depressing and I took my AceBob to the laptop room to be connected. Finally ... just fainted at 8.30pm. Coolnya...

This was our Marketing, btw ... our concept is Glacier and obviously supposed to be associated with ice ... cold .... white. It's fine dining ...

This is the deco of the place, better say that it's nice ... we put so much hard work here ...

Setting up of the table ... whole table and per pax respectively ... the banquet fellas should learn haha ... they actually told us to put the dessert fork above the dessert spoon, which was supposingly the other way round ... anyway it's their event haha

The blue drink is welcome drink ... sprite mix with energy drink. Really nice then it's trout bouquet for amuse busse followed by smoked salmon for starter and for vegetarians is the one beside it. Then, it's codfish for main course and vegetarians beside it while the last 2 pics are desserts. It's Almond Apple with Ginger Ice Cream ... dang nice!

ur specialization is based on f&b or rd? u heard from zoe that u're from KDU and currently doing ur degree at switz?
