2 hours dinner

The Higher Diploma Culinary Students had an assessment sometime 2 weeks ago. Thus, some of us have the opportunity to dine in Swiss Room for dinner.

Each of them will have to do one set course but then ... it is a group assessment...

Actually, the table was reserved under my name ... so if following the initial plan, Yu Wen,Winnie, Jojo and I supposed to eat there but who knows last minute Winnie went back home, Jojo could not eat as he was serving when actually he can at 1st and later on they said he cant ... so we called Ying along and she went to find someone else ... Momo ... ahh safe ... or else my PA marks will be deducted -_-


These are the food that my table ordered :D there's chicken salad, some ham thingy, lamb rack, forgot the other main course and the dessert ... and it took us 2 hours hahahah ... :D

Jojo and Sasha ... Sasha served us that nite ... pity her ... coz we kept asking for bread and butter :D hehe ... and Jojo ... -_- ishh ... we were so cold .. and he opened the window so wide -_- nau mak :S
