The Fats Factor

I have come to realize that many people are complaining about having back aches and all. They do it when it's convenient, to the point that I don't even know if I should believe them. Honestly, I don't. I highly doubt about it.

It's not so much about having back aches, but more like, it's their weight that has been influencing it. See, it's totally fine that you are on a heavier side and exercise. It's really not okay if you don't exercise, regardless of your weight. That person does not. Complaining about back pain every other time. People get bored with it.

You may be the thinnest person, but you can be the ones with the most percentage of body fats. So, don't question someone when you see a thin person working out. It's not about losing weight, it's about living a healthier life. You can be on a heavier side, and that does not mean that you are the unhealthiest of the lot. It's not always the case. There are so many factors, like the bone factor, the lifestyle and etc.

It's actually more dangerous for a thinner person to go binge eating because there are no changes on your body, you feel there is nothing to worry about. In fact, you should worry more because there's no changes despite you eating too much. Don't be too cocky just because you don't gain weight. You never know what's happening inside. It's them that take things for granted, you feel you can eat whatever you want because you don't gain weight? You're so wrong. It's the same, whether you're bigger or smaller, you need to watch what you eat.

I see a lady who eats McD every single day, and she's so damn freaking thin. That does not really mean that she has no weight issue. Who knows all the fats are hidden somewhere, that it does not interpret visually. It's really hazardous.

Exercise

It is really important to stay healthy. Health is wealth. You may not realize this when you are much much younger, but when you get older, your body system works differently.

It is not only the obese people that should be aware off, in fact just anyone. It does not matter if you are obese, fat, thin, skinny. I feel the thin people should becareful. Just because you are thin does not really mean you are healthy. If you are someone that eat like an elephant yet don't get fat. Well, at least fatter people who eat and get fat, they tend to be more conscious of what they consume or that they know where the food goes to. The thin ones just gobble up and think that ah they are thin, they can eat anything. That's when problem starts.

I'm not talking about people who work to be thin, or fit. I'm saying those born as such. Live in a country with great food, without any good transportation available, we tend to get into the car and drive to the desired destination. We rarely walk. Even in the parking lot, we tend to find the one that is nearest to the entrance.

I've been searching for a good exercise. No, not running. I can't run. I have been dancing again after a year of hiatus, and that feels really good. But, that's not enough. I wanna go cycling now and I should continue swimming when my weekend day offs start. Apart from that, I have started my stretching regime at home. Haha.

Fast food is really bad for your calories. I was advised only once a month. Thank God, I don't really enjoy fast food anymore. haha.

McCafe

Few weeks back,was actually my first ever time to McCafe. Having only heard of it, I've not tried it myself. So, right after work at night, we decided to head there. It's the same place, the same McDonald's, except that McCafe takes a small space of McD.

Those who have known about this, it's a small cafe serving only drinks like ice-blended, coffee or hot drinks, together with cakes, brownies and etc. It's a competitor for Starbucks. I think this is the first few ones that it's opened. I'm not very sure if they have any other outlets, the only 2 that I know is the one in Kota Damansara, and the second one is in Centre Point. The price is very competitive, the cheaper version of Starbucks. Of course when it comes to drinks, you can't compare it with the selections available. At least, not yet.

Tadaaa ... my hot chocolate. Weather like now, is the perfect weather to have hot chocolate.

Ahhh .... it goes really well with brownies. Very rich with chocolate, and it's not way too rich. In my opinion, it's just nice.

After dinner, took a stroll and caught a movie "That Means War." It's just one simple night out, nothing to shout about, nothing special to remember about. But, that's not the whole point. It's just spending time together, and that makes a difference. It's the moment of togetherness, and it doesn't really matter even if you do not have a bf/gf. Whether it's your partner, or your friends, the time you spend together is the moment that one should cherish and treasure. Money can't buy that.

Blacklisting Kenny Roasters

I really don't understand why am I experiencing so many restaurants I gotta blacklist, especially in recent years. I realize as I grew up, grew older, I have more shitty experiences than I had when I was 21 and below. Is it because I reached that age, or it is because before that, it was my dad who blacklisted them, and when I'm out of my own, I need to make my own judgement? I really can't find a reason.

Just last week, I was out with Omma. I was really hungry so I went to eat by myself first before she came to join me later after shopping. I entered this place called Kenny Roasters in Kota Damansara's Giant.

I entered. Nobody bothered to attend to me. I waited. Then, this lady came. I said 3 person. She looked at me one kind. I hated that stupid retarded look on her face. Hence, I just gave her that stare I have always been good at (I'm born with it), and walked in without saying a word. I sat wherever I want to, because, do I care? No, I don't. I sat, and waited again for them to take the order. This another idiot came to take order. Well, one word to describe - idiot or stupid, however you wanna label her. As I was waiting, I was merely observing them, one by one, one after another. AND, I really don't like the idea of that moron scanning me at the door step earlier. I know I really gave them the WTF look and I don't intend to hide that facial expression I have that I really hated them. If I even realize it myself, that is serious. I know I should have just walked off, but I really wanna eat Kenny Rogers and there is nothing left there that I can eat.

Sometimes, I wonder, is my expectations on these people too high? They are restaurants, and don't try to give stupid excuses to me because I will not buy it. I have worked in a restaurant before, I was from a hotel school, so you can never ever lie to me that it's the way it is. That is absurd and totally ridiculous. Perhaps, I can tell why every single one of you are working in a fast food chain, and not some fine dining high class restaurant. I know. I know the reason. From the first glance at them, I can tell. They are just useless, and a complete disaster to be even existing on this Earth.

It's also principles. I hate and I must say I really despise people scanning. When I was sitting there, I saw with my own eyes, these people had been looking one with bloody kind of face, and I cannot accept how they are doing it. I DON'T LIKE it. If it's not because I was in a rush that day, I will take down all the names and lodge a complaint to the company itself. I'm sure, something will be done. I'm sure. Recently, I just lodged a complaint to an entertainment company, with names and evidence. What makes you think I can't do it this time. Don't trigger in this kind of way. I'm trained, very well trained.

Furthermore, I really think each and everyone of them there have some bloody face problem. Born with it or not, I don't care. But, the moment you look at them, you will not like them. Yeah, we should not be judging people like that. Sorry, am not a Saint, am not Hallejujah. I don't do charity. I don't forgive people and definitely will not forget. Moreover, I am a customer, but they were the ones judging me FIRST! Dang! Idiots.

From that day onwards, KENNY ROGERS or ROASTERS is blacklisted and we shall see for other branches. Definitely, the outlet in Kota Damansara's Giant outlet will be gone SOON can declare bankruptcy!@!

Christmas Night at McD

Aah .. Christmas seems like it's more than a week long yea I know it's 12 days -_- But in fact, it's only for a day. Celebration doesn't look like it's gonna end at all eh ...

From Starbucks, slowly we moved over to McD's, the only place that will cater for the next few hours at least, also, the nearest ..

Pizza Hut @ Kepong is BLACK-LISTED

Every Malaysian kid would have exposed to fast food at a very young age and it is getting younger each generation. I have nothing against fast food, in fact I love it and the fact that I used to have it few times a week. Thus, I have all the proof that I am not bias towards them. This time, is not about reviews but more on .. the experience that I encountered yesterday. It was not long but it is enough for me to blacklist that particular branch of Pizza Hut. Yes you read that right, it was Pizza Hut and specifically the Kepong branch near to Jusco Kepong.

It was my first ever time there after dont-know-how-long it was opened. First ever time and having no hopes, I entered. I would not have given it a shot if it wasn't for the rain. I know I live in Kepong but that does not mean that I have to eat there okay. I made the wrong decision, and it was the stupidest mistake that one could do. I regretted it big time.

We went in, sat down and having all the nonsense and nuisance of those kids running around making hell of a noise, we ordered to this guy. Food came, soup came. Mushroom soup which is so freakiing diluted and it tasted like plain water. Like what do you think we are? Someone without taste but or something? Anyway ... complained and supervisor was some bullshitter, she said some customers wanted it like that. I might be visiting there the first time, but I am not dumb. I have been going to Pizza Hut like forever. Isn't it enough to judge it? More than enough. We demanded a new one and she came back to us saying that order taker have forgotten to shout our order which I think it's fake. Why I say so? Probably they have no way to make a thicker mushroom soup and that is the reason of them doing so That's how I think but we don't know what is happening behind there, do we?

Fine then, they are so unhygienic .. really they are. The trays that they used to put the soup was so disgusting, utterly disgusting. It was so dirty. The way the tray was held was so wrong. Alright maybe we should not expect any service in the first place, but hygiene is something that everyone has to practise especially in the food industry, shouldn't it? Those who were working that time were just irritating and at one point, I wonder if they use their brain to work. How do people drink the soup without the spoon?

I was there like 10 minutes or so only, and all these were what I have observed. It sucks and no, I don't think I can take it. WHat's more ... I am not going back there.

If you can take places and people which and who are unhygienic, have a high level of patience, impossible to get irritated then I suggest that you can go there. If you have too much money and do not know how to spend but refuse to give it to me, probably you can donate it to them by trying to dine there yourself

You might have been there, have a good dining experience, but I am saying this base on my personal experience and yesh, after they came back saying the order taker did not shout out the order, we walked off.

Something that I wanted to say . my neighbour is superbly retarded with a high level of stupidity as he was bloody drilling some jerk hole at 12am.

Eating @ McD's Uster

Something annoying happened today but I am not gonna blog about it, as it is just something miserable, not worth blogging about it and it didnt affect it, so leave it as it is. Plus, dont feel like blogging about work today, so anyway .... ;)

There's the word "M" anywhere in the world I'm sure, if not ... most countries in the world at least. What am I saying? McDonald's, yes that's right. What about it? 1-2 weeks ago, or rather the last time I was in Zuerich, I went to eat McDonald's in Uster. What's so special about it? Nothing, just that it had been months since I really sit down and have a proper meal in McDonald's. It has been ages and ages. It's so different, in KL it's like every now and then that I have it and I somehow can't live without it [I'm so bloody unhealthy] and now I can count how many times I have in a month. It's almost zero, if not then once. I just dont feel tempted to have it, the urge, the cravings for McDonald's is just not there.

Talking about McDonald's in KL and here, the comparison is huge. Well, let's not talk about the price range as you cannot compare it this way, but the product itself. The burgers is so bloody small, the french fries I can only say omg because in KL they fill it until cant fill it anymore, but here ... it's not really full and some want to complain[KL] that McD workers are selfish. Furthermore, the burgers are considered not bad of a size already, as the sizes here =.= is reallly realllly small. Surprising? Maybe haha.

Yesterday I ate in a mamak in Kepong, in which I have been eating since I was Form 2. Back then, it's because it's located near my tuition centre.

Then, there's a McD directly opposite this mamak. I have encountered some mentally disbled at McD's over the years. There was this woman that has been there for few years that I studied in that centre. She would sit by herself at the table, talk to herself and laugh and whatever. I don't feel fearful because she would not harm anyone at her surroundings. She was there almost everyday and usually at noon and evening.

As I was having my dinner, I head somebody shouting, very loudly. It's as if something had happened. Then, I turned to look. Ahh ... this guy must be insane then. He was shouting something, and he was dancing away outside McD. He was dancing like a mad guy there, almost knock into Ronald and fell.

My nose is better now, before it was bleeding .... boohooooo
