Lonesome

Feeling all alone, forlorn, all day long, with nothing surrounding, no humans, no animals, and just some plants accompanying you in this gloom, dull and boring day which is only good for hibernating. There is nothing to wish, nothing to hope and nothing to dream of. You want some peace, free from stress, free from city's pressure. Bottom line, all you want is just a quiet life, without anything to worry about. Thinking and contemplating deep down. Missing some things, some people that had been part of you before. You wanna reach out to them, but you can't. Distance. Distance tears you apart. Looking back there, you were happy, you were content, you were just blessed. They were great, they meant something to you. Days were short but meaningful. People surround you now, but you somehow feel isolated, lonesome and estranged.
But, when you are in a quite deserted and isolated area, you feel intoxicated, thrilled and joyful.
